Artificial Intelligence (AI) generally means programming a computer or robot in such a way that it is able to find solutions and support human behavior independently and autonomously. Robot-controlled process automation (RPA) is used frequently in logistics and e-commerce. By means of this technology, for example, data input into an ERP system can be carried out autonomously by a software robot or AI. Intelligent automation technologies and intelligent sensor technology are also being applied more frequently. They are useful for real-time measurements of data in the supply chain or the evaluation of user data in the online shop.
