Omnichannel is a business model that aims at enhancing the customer experience. The customers are addressed via different channels, such as PoS, websites, blogs, social media, live webchats, mobile applications, etc., and may use them for two-way communication – enterprise-customer and customer-enterprise.

Companies that pursue an omnichannel strategy can use a large number of sales channels and hope that this will increase their sales.
