Supply Chain Controlling

by Editorial Office

Within the SCM, Supply Chain Controlling is responsible for evaluating collected data with the aim of planning, managing and controlling the supply chain. In contrast to Supply Chain Monitoring, which intervenes actively and quickly in the supply chain in the event of problems, Supply Chain Controlling acts in the medium and long term. It evaluates completed processes and systematically looks for potential for optimization.
