Cyber Monday is traditionally the Monday after Thanksgiving weekend in the US and heralds the US Christmas business alongside Black Friday. Thanks to Amazon, Cyber Monday has also become known to an international audience and is now being held far beyond US borders.
The Thanksgiving weekend – with Black Friday and Cyber Monday – is considered to be the most profitable weekend of the year and thus an important indicator for the festive season.
